Radiator Fluid Level
The coolant fluid level is monitored at
the instrument cluster. When the
coolant level indicator illuminates, add
coolant to the deaeration tank as
required.

NOTE: Cooling System is under
pressure. Before adding coolant, allow
radiator to cool and remove radiator
cap SLOWLY.

Replacing the Coolant
Filter
Replace the Coolant Filter every 250
hours of operation. Drain and flush the
Engine Cooling System every 2000
hours. Replace the Coolant Filter after
every draining and flushing of the
Engine Cooling System.
1. Rotate the shutoff valve 1/4 turn to
the LEFT to the OFF position.

2. Turn the coolant filter
counterclockwise to remove the old
filter. Discard the filter.
3. Use a clean cloth and clean the
coolant filter mounting area on the
engine.
4. Apply a thin layer of clean grease
or oil to the gasket of the new
coolant filter.
5. Turn the new coolant filter
clockwise until the gasket comes in
contact with the filter head. Tighten
the coolant filter 1/2 to 3/4 of a turn
by hand.
IMPORTANT: Do not use a filter strap
wrench to install the coolant filter.
When the coolant filter is too tight you
can cause damage to the gasket and
coolant filter.
6. Rotate the shutoff valve 1/4 turn to
the RIGHT to the ON position.
