E-19 TIPPER NOT READY -
PLEASE WAIT
An emboss command was sent when the tipper had not yet reached the
working temperature. Wait - the machine will start up again
automatically once the right temperature has been reached.
E-20 OUT OF TIPPER
RIBBON - REPLACE/
START
Signals the lack or breakage of the tipper tape.
Mount a new one or repair the broken one;
check the tipper tape line; it should pass through the photocell;
check the photocell found behind the reel for the new tape, for proper
functioning.
E-21 THERMO CLEANER Cleaner Ribbon broken or ended.
Replace ribbon and press retry.
E-22 PAUSE UNLOADING -
PRESS START
The Pause key has been pressed. This message indicates a pause in
the movement of the unloading unit.
Press retry
E-26 CARD LOAD ERR-
CHECK CARD/PR.
START
Loading group has faulted.
Check loading motor and load photocell.
E-27 PASSW DENIED-
PRESS START TO
CONTINUE
The password is not correct.
Press START to retry.
E-28 LOST
SEMIPERM.
DATA-PRESS START
Lost EPROM data.
SETUP the machine.
E-29 DRUM DATA LOST -
PRESS START
Drum configuration data stored in EEPROM have been lost. Reprogram
the machine, transmitting drum configuration with the Sw Card.
E-30 NO DRUM
CONFIGURATION -
PRESS START
A drum configuration other than the default configuration, has been
selected in set-up, without a special configuration having been saved.
E-31 UNLOADER
NOT
READY- PRESS START
The unloader tray is not correctly locked. Verify the mounting of the
unloader.
E-32 POSITIVE
UNLOADER
FULL- PRESS START
The positive unloader is full. Remove the cards from the unloader and
press retry.
E-33 UNLOADER COMM.
ERROR - PRESS
START
Signals that the unloader is not responding.
Ensure that the unloader connector is connected;
check the tipper card.
E-34 NEGATIVE UNLOADER
FULL- PRESS START
The negative unloader is full.
Remove the cards from the Unloader and press retry.
E-35 UNLOAD FULL - PRESS
START
The unloader is full.
Remove the cards from the Unloader and press retry.
E-36 ENCOD CARD LOST -
PRESS START
The card has not been moved correctly inside encoder group.
Check the encoder motor. Press retry.
E-37 EMBOSS CARD LOST -
PRESS START
Signals that the card has not been picked up by the gripper.
Ensure that no jamming of cards has occurred during handling;
check photocell FC10 for proper functioning.
