resistor is shunted, the resistance drops 0.142 Ω simulating a strain of -
0.00119/GF. (GF is the gage factor of all the gages in the bridge.)
To perform these operations, choose Calibration from the Tools menu.

This will open the Strain Gage Calibration window.
Select the Spider Module that is to be nulled and/or shunt calibrated. Enable the
operation(s) to be performed.
