Wherever possible WinAQMS Mini DAS handles the special communication
requirements of analysers in software. For example the TEOM 1400a Particulate
Monitor normally requires a special cable but this is handled in software with special
communication settings so that a standard serial cable can be used.
Note: The Monitor Labs 98XX Series of analysers have a
default baud rate setting of 2400 baud. If you set
WinAQMS Mini DAS to communicate with a Monitor Labs
98XX analyser at 9600 baud then you must ensure that the
Multidrop baud in the Interface menu of the analyser is set
to 9600 baud.
