5.9 Tips for correct pipetting
Observe the following information in all dispensing modes:

 Always place the liquid in a suitable tube. For multi-channel pipettes, we recommend
the Tip-Tub reagent reservoir as a liquid reservoir. The liquid and the pipette should
have approximately the same temperature.
 Use the pipette tips only once.
 Use epT.I.P.S. LoRetention for solutions containing surfactants is for minimizing
residual moisture in the tip after dispensing.
 Use ep Dualfilter T.I.P.S. to prevent aerosol contamination in the tip.
 Check whether the set aspiration and dispensing speeds are suitable for the liquid. The
blow-out (Blow) will be conducted at approximately the same speeds.
