5.16 Executing the saved program – Prg selection dial setting (Xplorer plus)
Previously stored programs can be executed in the Program (Prg) operating mode.
Programs consist of 1-4 combined operating modes in a defined sequence. Up to 10
different programs can be created.
Prerequisites
• The pipette is switched on.
• The Program (Prg) operating mode has been selected.
• The program has been created.
• The pipette tip has been attached.
1. Select the program using the rocker.
2. Press the Select softkey.
The execution of the program depends on the operating modes used.
5.17 Editing the program – Edit selection dial setting (Xplorer plus)
Programs and pipettings with fixed volumes can be created and edited in the Edit mode.
Stored programs can be executed in the Program (Prg) mode. Stored programs with fixed
volumes can be stored in the Fixed volumes (Fix) mode. If necessary, programs and
pipettings with fixed volumes can be password protected using the Pswrd. protection
option.
Prerequisites
• The pipette is switched on.
• The Edit operating mode has been selected.
1. Select the desired list entry using the rocker.
2. Press the Select softkey.
The next steps are described in the following subchapters.
 After each dispensing, you can repeat the blow-out (Blow) as many times as
you would like by pressing the rocker down.
 Observe the information on the blow-out (Blow).
The blow-out (Blow) must always be executed in the "Pipetting" mode.
