• Diluent: 450 µL
• Air bubble: 300 µL - 500 µL
• Sample or reagent: 50 µL
Example 2 - total volume 900 μL, dilution 1:10
• Diluent: 810 µL
• Air bubble: 100 µL
• Sample or reagent: 90 µL
