18.7 Dilutor Errors
Pinched, clogged tube around dilutor or at the rear reagent tubes
Physical obstruction (foreign material)
18.8 Priming Problems
18.8.1 The Analyzer Would Not Prime Liquids
The respective reagent is out
Aspirating tube (in container)
- has fallen off,
- has a leakage,
- is broken,
A reagent puffer is leaking… look for liquid below the analyzer
Damaged tube in the system… look for leakage, or traces of liquid, contact
service
18.9 Electronics Related Problems
18.9.1 No Image on Display, No Backlight
Contact Service
18.9.2 Touch Sensitive Surface Not Working
Connect an external USB mouse
o this will allow clicking on the screen elements
o contact service for resolution of the problem
18.9.3 Touch (Click) Is Inaccurate
The touch screen needs calibration
Connect an external USB mouse
o perform the calibration under Main Menu / Maintenance / Touch screen
calibration
18.9.4 The Cursor Seems To Be Moving With Good Ratios, But In a Smaller Area
Try to calibrate the touch screen (use a mouse to access the functions)
If the problem persists, contact service
18.10 The Analyzer Does Not Power On
Check proper power connections, and the state of the (small) switch at the
power supply
If the above fails, contact service
18.11 I2c Errors Displayed At Startup
Contact Service
