21 Known Problems
The following problems are known at the time of the releasing of the software and this user
manual:
- Long Sample ID is not visible on printout and on display.
- Tooltip info contains square character instead of upper index 6/9/12.
- Sometimes the AS menu is not deactivated when AS is switched off.
- On-screen keyboard remains active while screensaver is running.
- It is necessary to login in multiuser mode to call the shutdown procedure.
- The user is able to log out during pneumatic activities.
- Naming conventions.
- Number of digits on the QC is different.
- The length of some language nodes are longer than expected.
- Patient's SSN is not printed on normal printout.
- If patient data isn’t filled out the software could display ’NULL’ value.
- Only English characters are accepted as user name.
- Querying statistics/Printing results/Saving to tab separated file is not recommended if
more than few hundred results are selected in database view.
- It is not able to print imported data in table view format.
These problems will be fixed in upcoming SW releases.
