9.4.2.4. Manual restart (USER RESTART MANUAL)
(max. number = 16, including other RESTART operators)
Using the USER RESTART MANUAL operator the restart signal is saved
as per the following truth table.
Clear Restart IN Q
1 X X 0
X X 0 0
0 L 1 Retain memory
0 Rising edge 1 1
0 Falling edge 1 Retain memory
Figure 152: Manual restart
Parameter
Enable Clear: If selected, the memory process can be reset.
9.4.2.5. Monitored restart (USER RESTART MONITORED)
(max. number = 16, including other RESTART operators)
Using the USER RESTART MONITORED operator the restart signal is
saved as per the following truth table.
Clear Restart IN Q
1 X X 0
X X 0 0
0 L 1 Retain memory
0 Rising edge 1 1
0 1 Retain memory
Figure 153: Monitored restart
Parameter
Enable Clear: If selected, the memory process can be reset.
9.4.2.6. Macro manual restart (MACRO RESTART MANUAL)
(max. number = 16, including other RESTART operators)
Using the MACRO RESTART MANUAL operator, a logic block selected
by the user can be combined with the manual restart function block
("USER RESTART MANUAL") as per the following truth table:
Clear Restart D Q
1 X X 0
X X 0 0
0 L 1 Retain memory
0 Rising edge 1 1
0 Falling edge 1 Retain memory

Parameter
Input Logic: Use this option to set the number of logic inputs used (2 to 7).
Select Logic: Permits the selection of the type of operator from the following options: AND, NAND, OR, NOR, XOR, XNOR.
Enable Clear: The memory process can be reset if this option is selected.
Enable Out: Select this option to display intermediate result of the logic.
