9.4.5.4. Delay (DELAY)
The DELAY operator makes it possible to use a signal delay and
switches the output to "1" (TRUE) after the time set if the status of
the signal on the input changes.
Parameter
Time: The delay can be set to a value between 10ms and 1098.3s.
Rising Edge: A switch-on delay is selected with this setting. If select-
ed, the delay starts with the rising edge on the input signal. Then the
output is set to "1" (TRUE) and remains in this state for the time set,
as long as the input remains at "1" (TRUE).

It not selected the logic is reversed. A switch-off delay is selected with this setting. The output is set to "1" (TRUE) by a
rising edge on the input and the delay starts on the falling edge on the input. At the end of the time set the output is set to
"0" (FALSE), provided "0" (FALSE) is present on the input, otherwise it remains at "1" (TRUE).
