MIXER CHANNELS
Use a small vacuum-cleaner or a brush to
clean the funnel area and the canister sup-
port surface by removing any powder resi-
due at regular intervals.
Surfaces can be cleaned by using a wet
piece of cloth.
CLEANING THE WATER SUPPLY
TANK
For the devices using a water tank (option-
al) sanitise the tank at least once a week by
means of the sanitising products used for
the mixers.
POWER ON
Whenever you power on the machine:
-the software release number of the ma-
chine and the software revision of the
machine board are displayed;
-the number of the dispensing cycles car-
ried out (programmable function) is dis-
played for some seconds.
-The machine performs the initialisation
(handling) of the main functional units.
-The water heating cycle is then activated.
-At the end of the heating cycle, a message
is displayed requiring the user to select a
drink and the machine is lit up.
SERVICE INTERRUPTION
If the machine should be o for any reason
whatsoever for a period longer than the pull
dates of products, it is necessary to act as
follows:
-Empty the canisters completely and wash
them carefully by using the sanitising prod-
ucts used for the mixers.
-Empty the grinder-doser completely by
dispensing coffee until the empty signal is
displayed.
-Empty the water circuit completely.
WASH CYCLES
The equipment is ready to execute the
wash cycles of the main functional units.
Hot water is coming out of the noz-
zles during the wash cycles, which may
be a source of damage for people.
Never put your hands in the dispens-
ing area during wash cycles: danger of
burns.
Wash cycles are not intended to re-
place the necessity to disassemble the
components for sanitising purposes
regularly.
Wash cycles can be scheduled for auto-
matic execution or a warning message may
appear for any wash cycle requiring the
operator’s action (e.g. wash cycle of the
brew unit).
