2.5 Gage concept
In order to measure, a batch (file) must be created in the gage for measuring
application. In addition to the settings for the measurement, the climate values
and the statistical characteristic values are also stored in the batch file.
A description of the terms "measuring application" and "batch" can be found in
Chapter "Glossary".
The essential content of the batch files are shown schematically in the following
illustration:
