If it takes longer than 90 seconds to change the batteries, you will need to
reset the date and the time in the gage, see page 73.
Individual rechargeable batteries in the gage cannot be charged via the
USB port!
► Use a commercially available charger to charge the individual
rechargeable batteries.
The power can also be supplied to the gage via the USB interface. Howev-
er, the guaranteed RED characteristics apply exclusively to battery oper-
ation!
What you can do next
Switch on the gage: .
Set the used battery type in the gage, see page 74.
Extend the battery running time while reducing the Bluetooth signal
strength (= reduces the signal range), see page 58 (Transmission
Power).
Extend the battery running time by using the energy saving functions, see
page 71.
