QR code A square data matrix (a pattern of small light and dark
squares) that lets you transmit electronically readable
information to the addressees of your mail.
QR is short for Quick Response.
PostBase Fusion supports generating and printing such
QR codes and a plain text description as advertising
imprints.
Swiping Convenient method of operation using the touch screen,
e.g. when scrolling through long lists.
This is how it works: Touch the area you want to scroll
and, without letting go
, move it in the desired direction.
Test Imprint The Test Imprint generated in the “Print System” menu
consists of a series of different patterns.
Using the Test Imprint, you can test the print function
and check the print quality.

This feature enables you to check the settings for the
meter imprint.
Test prints are not recorded in the postal registers.
