9 Special functions
9.1 Print Only Advert / Text
With the special function “Print Only Advert/Text” you can print advertising imprints
(graphical adverts, text messages and QR codes) that are stored in your
PostBase Fusion Mailing System.
• Open the M
ENU.
• Choose S
PECIAL FUNCTIONS.
• Choose P
RINT ONLY ADVERT/TEXT.
PostBase Fusion opens the “Print Only
Advert/Text” menu.
The two advertising imprint buttons on the
upper left show the print image for this spe-
cial function. You can assign each one of
these buttons either an advert, a text mes-
sage or a QR code, just like in the Home
screen.
You can start printing when both buttons
show the desired imprints. Proceed exactly
as when metering:
• Position an envelope / a postcard.
Or
• Start label printing.
• Use the feeder.
For detailed information on feeding letters,
label printing and using the feeder, please
read chapter 6.
The “Print Only Advert/Text” function has its
own counter. PostBase Fusion shows the
number of imprints on the upper right side of
the display. When leaving the function, the
counter is reset to “0”.
