Printing received mail stamp
You can directly imprint incoming mail con-
forming to the specifications on page 186 in
format, thickness and material. For other
incoming mail, print self-adhesive labels.
• Position incoming mail with the side to be
printed on facing up on the hand feed tray /
the feeder.
Or
• Start label printing.
PostBase Fusion prints the received mail
stamp.
For detailed information on feeding letters,
label printing and using the feeder, please
read chapter 6.
The “Received Mail” function has its own
counter. PostBase Fusion shows the number
of prints on the upper right side of the display.
When leaving the function, the counter is
reset to “0”.
Offset You can adjust the position of the received
mail stamp (default position: about 0.4" /
1 cm from the right letter edge).
Advert imprint In addition to the received mail stamp, you
can set an advertising imprint, as with meter-
ing (advert, text or QR code).
