6 Displaying and printing registers
The PostBase One franking system saves important parameters and information on
used postage in registers. You can view and print the register states.
• Open the M
ENU.
• Choose R
EGISTERS.
The Postage Download Receipt displays the
current register states.
Printing registers
• Press the P
RINT button.
• Position an empty envelope / postcard to
print the register report.
Or

• Press the L
ABEL button.
PostBase One prints the register report on a
label.
Or
:
• Press the F
EEDER button.
• Position an empty envelope / postcard to
print the register report.
The registers store the following information:

ESCENDING Available postage (= credit)
POSTAGE USED Total value of all franking imprints performed
CONTROL TOTAL Sum total of all loaded amounts
T
OTAL ITEMS Number of all franking imprints performed
LAST AMOUNT Last amount loaded
LAST DATE Date of last postage loading
