Circuit configuration
The circuit configuration is shown below. This diagram shows an example of power being supplied from the internal
power supply (5 v) to the PG. (J1: INT side)
Input for each phase is equipped with a wire break detection circuit. The A-phase and B-phase wire break detection
circuits are always enabled. The Z-phase wire break detection circuit can be enabled or disabled by setting the
SW1 switch (Fig. 11.22-13) to the ON side or OFF side. The SW1 switch is set to the OFF side by factory default.
