To create a check point:
1.) Navigate to Utility (second page) > Service > Utilities > Checkpoints.
2.) Under Create Checkpoints, from Action, select the action.
3.) In Comment, enter notes for the checkpoint.
4.) If this is a checkpoint for service, select Service Checkpoint.
5.) Click Save.
