Tooling set &
filling set
– consist of product specific parts (tooling set)
and product independent parts (filling set).
Knockout unit
– knocks the formed product out of the form-
ing unit.
Conveyor
– transports the formed product from the ma-
chine.
Form plate sup-
port
– supports the form plates with a thickness of
less then 6 mm;
– prevents the form plates from bulging out or
bending during a pushed forward move-
ment.
