4.3.1 Handling of the plates
Storage of the
plates
The plates have to be properly stored when not installed in the machine.
Daily inspection 1. Inspect the form plate for cracks.
Caution!
Dispose of a cracked form plate. Never install a cracked form plate in the
machine.
2. Inspect all plates for scratches, burrs, grooves and sharp edges. Repair the
plates before installation.
