Nozzle (knockout) > de-
lay time [s]
The delay time before the nozzle starts to spray after
the form plate is in the knockout position. (0 - 3 sec-
onds)
Nozzle (knockout) [s] The time the nozzle sprays water. (0 - 1 seconds)
Bridge breaker To activate the bridge breaker in the hopper.

External synchroniza-
tion
To activate external synchronization. When this set-
ting is activated the machine will wait for a synchroni-
zation signal from another machine or sensor before
each stroke of the form plate.
Stack > height [prod-
ucts]
The number of products that are stacked. (1 - 5 prod-
ucts) Adjust in the off-line recipe menu.
Filter time [s] The time the synchronization signal must be present
before the machine responds. (0 - 1 seconds)
Note: this setting is only visible when external syn-
chronization is activated.
Delay time [s] The time the machine waits after the synchronization
signal and filter time before the form plate stroke is
made. (0 - 1 seconds)

The number of products that are stacked. (1 - 5 prod-
ucts)
Run time after product
[s]
The time the belt runs after each stroke. (0 - 1 sec-
onds)
Run time after stack [s] The time the belt runs after each stack. (0 - 10 sec-
onds)

(1 - 5 products)
Trays per plate [trays] The number of trays that are filled on each stroke. (1
- 4 trays)
TTCM > infeed time [s] The time the trays need to be transported from the
stopper on the infeed side to the form plate. (0 - 1 sec-
onds)
TTCM > outfeed time [s] The time the trays need to outfeed. (0 - 1 seconds)
