as feedback devices in B0G.00 - Std enc type parameter.

Index storing function. The encoder counts can be latched allowing the user to determine
the position of the encoder relative to an absolute position.
[0] Off Function disabled.
[1] Storing en It enables the capturing of the encoder count as described by the setting of the
control word. The control word is the value of B0G.11 - Int IS ctrl or the word
selected by B0G.12 - IS ctrl src.
[2] Ctrl std enc It constantly reads all the generated pulses on the std encoder
[3] Ctrl exp enc It constantly reads all the generated pulses on the exp encoder
