NOTE! Ramp inversion parameter command source, D00.03 - Ramp ref inv src, can have
different default settings:
- FRC inversion (Ipa 8081) for American drive default settings, which allows 2-wires or 3-wires
- NULL (Ipa 4000) for European drive default settings
