command
If required:
select Local / Remote
command source
B STARTUP / B00 Drv & Mot config / B0E Autotune
Select one of two Autotune procedures available:
• B0E.00 - Complete rot : complete self-tuning of drive
current and flux loops with moving motor shaft.
• B0E.01 - Complete still : complete self-tuning of
drive current and flux loops with stopped motor shaft.
Note! When motor is coupled to gearbox and load on the motor
shaft is installed, use Complete still.
When motor is uncoupled or gearbox does not represent more than
10% of load and motor shaft is unloaded, use Complete rot.
Press [Enter] and [I]” keys to run the procedure
(12 drive terminal must be cycle to +24Vdc).
Wait up to “Autotune End” message will be displayed,
then press three times [Escape] key.
B STARTUP / B00 Drv & Mot config / B0F V/f cfg
Enter the parameters:
• B0F.00 - V/f voltage to set the V/f base voltage
• B0F.01 - V/f frequency to set the V/f base frequency
• B0F.02 - Voltage boost to set the torque boost.
B STARTUP / B00 Drv & Mot config / B0G Encoders
Enter the parameters:
• B0G.00 - Std enc type to set the fbk encoder type.
• B0G.01 - Std enc pulses to set the encoder pulses.
• B0G.02 - Std enc supply to set the encoder supply
voltage.
