Storage
Containers holding unused absorbers should
be stored in a clean, dry environment, and at
temperatures between 0°C (32
o
F) and 35°C
(95
o
C). Storage at higher temperatures can
result in reduced efficiency and service life
due to moisture loss. When correctly stored,
canisters will maintain absorption capacity for
a period of two years.
Canisters must NOT be stored where they can
become subject to the following:
• Direct strong sunlight.
• Close proximity to incompatible chemicals
or acids.
• Partial or total water immersion.
• Environment with abnormal concentrations
of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide or
other acidic gases.
• Excessive stacking loads - maximum two
pallets high.
