Plumbing Connections
DYNASEAL Connection System
A double ferrule connection system (DYNASEAL) is supplied with the following flow cells:
Inlet Tubing Connection
1 Connect one end of one piece of the cut tubing to
the inlet of the flow cell using the fittings
supplied with the flow cell.
a) Insert the fittings (either standard fittings or
DYNASEAL connection system fittings) onto
the tubing.
b) Screw the fittings into the inlet of the
flow cell. Use a wrench to tighten standard
fittings. Do not overtighten.
2 Connect the other end of the tubing to the
column outlet using the F-100N Fingertight
fitting. This fitting accommodates most existing
female column outlets.
a) Insert the fitting onto the tubing.
b) Screw the fitting into the column outlet and
then finger tighten.
