Lamp Replacement
The expected lamp life is 2000 hours. Replace the lamp if it malfunctions or its intensity is low.

•2 mm Allen wrench

Caution, hot surface
Never touch a hot lamp.
Turn off the lamp, but leave the detector on (fan running) for 15–30 minutes
before replacing a lamp.
Risk of electric shock!
To avoid possible electric shock, turn off the detector and disconnect the power
cord before opening or servicing the detector.
Irritation of retina through UV light!
Concentrated UV light can disperse from a detector without a flow cell.
Always turn off the detector and disconnect the power cord before opening or
servicing the detector.
Electrostatic discharge hazard. Damages to system, device, or components can
occur.
Wear an electrostatic discharge (ESD) grounding strap.
Wear protective gloves!
Do not touch the glass body with hands. Deposits can falsify measuring results
and can damage the lamp.
