This chapter contains the following information to help you maintain your detector:
• Flow Cell Maintenance
• Lamp Replacement
You are only permitted to perform the maintenance tasks described in this user's guide. If additional
maintenance is required, contact your local Gilson representative.
All smooth surfaces of the device can be cleaned with a mild, commercially available cleaning solution, or with
isopropanol.
Liquids can cause damage to the detector.
Place solvent bottles next to the device or in a solvent tray.
Moisten the cleaning cloth only slightly.
