6 REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
How to install the Registration Mark Sensor
(1) Reattach the Registration Mark Sensor in the reverse order in which it was detached.
(2) Adjust the Registration Mark Sensor Bracket height when the two M3L6 binding head screws are
tighten.

Adjust the Registration Mark Sensor Bracket height to the 3.75 mm from the Writing Panel as shown
in the picture below.

Adjust the Registration Mark Sensor Bracket height to the 5 mm from the Writing Panel as shown in
the picture below.

(3) Perform the Registration Mark Sensor Level Adjustment when the Registration Mark Sensor was
replaced, or when the Registration Mark Sensor Bracket was reinstalled (See section 7.7.).
(4) Perform the Registration Mark Sensor Position Adjustment when the Registration Mark Sensor was
replaced, or when the Registration Mark Sensor Bracket was reinstalled (See section 7.8.)(See
section 7.9.).
