6 REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
(15) Loosen the three M3L4 TP head screws holding the Rear Vertical Tension Plate. Do not loosen the
M4L10 screw which is holding the Center Roller.

(16) Loosen the two M3L4 TP head screws holding the Rear Horizontal Tension Plate. Do not loosen the
M4L10 screw which is holding the Center Roller.

(17) Detach the Rear X Slider from the Rear X Rail.
How to install the Rear X Slider
(1) Reattach the Rear X Slider in the reverse order in which it was detached.
(2) Adjust the Rear X Slider Roller vertical tension before installing the Rear X Belt and the Y bar (See
section 6.42.).
(3) Adjust the Rear X Slider Roller horizontal tension after the Rear X Slider was installed to the Y Bar (See
section 6.43.).
(4) Adjust the Rear X Belt tension after the Y bar was installed to the Rear X Slider (See section 6.28.).
(5) Adjust the right angle of Y bar (See section 6.29.).
(6) Adjust the Home position after all parts were installed.
