6.2 - Gas installation
In case of a problem with the gas installation, contact HANROAD
Customer Service.
Fault Cause Action / Solution
No gas. Empty gas cylinder. Replace the gas cylinder.
The gas stopcock is
closed.
Open the gas stopcock.
The main valve of the gas
cylinder is closed.
Open the main valve of the gas
cylinder.
Gas cylinder temperature
too low.
Place the cylinder in a sheltered
location and wait for its
temperature to rise (for butane
gas, the temperature must be
above 0°C).
Defective device
(regulator, gas valve,
etc.).
Contact HANROAD Customer
Service.
6.2.1 - Gas stove
If the stove does not operate, close the gas stopcock on the gas
cylinder and contact HANROAD Customer Service.
Fault Cause Action / Solution
On the stove,
the ame does
not remain lit.
The heating time of
the safety device is too
short.
Press the button and hold for
approximately 15 to 20 seconds.
Defective ignition
safety device.
Contact HANROAD Customer
Service.
The piezo
igniter does
not function.
No electrical power
supply.
Check the electrical power supply
on the control panel.
The 3-A "Piezo stove"
fuse is defective.
Replace the fuse.
Defective device. Contact HANROAD Customer
Service.
