10 Errors - Notes
In case of errors or notes, follow the indicated error or note number in the text display. Each error
and note is described in the following chapter.
● If the “red” display 3 illuminates: Wood boiler or controller operation is not possible. This is also
shown on the remote control panel or remote indication (LED) by flashing in one-second intervals.
● If the “amber” display 4 illuminates: Wood boiler operation is possible with an automatically
started emergency program. This is indicated on the remote control panel or remote indication
(LED) by flashing in one-second intervals.
● Notes: They are indicated by the “amber” flashing indicator 4 until a new burning cycle is initiated
– for information purposes only.
● Information: Indicated by the “amber” indicator until a new burning cycle is initiated or the
information is not required anymore (e.g. flue gas temperature too high, please wait, etc.).
● Emergency programs: They are automatically executed and to serve the short-term maintenance
of the heating operation.
We recommend rectifying errors as soon as possible.
A technician might be necessary for error correction – follow the point “Rectification” in the
respective malfunction description.
Tampering with the electric system, can be extremely dangerous and can result in significant
damages.
Operating the system with an emergency program for too long may damage the boiler and the chimney – which can
void the warranty. All errors and notes for each burning cycle are recorded in the controller and can be reviewed by the
manufacturer.
The manufacturer can review all recorded errors and notes.
Note 1.16: Protective functions
Pump and valve stuck protection: They are operated in a 7-day rhythm, i.e. every Sunday the stuck protection starts at 3.00
o'clock. For that purpose the wood boiler has to be in operating status “OFF” for at least one hour and the boiler temperature has
to be under 60°C. The Pellet/Oil/Gas boiler (if installed) must be in operating status “OFF” with a temperature under 60°C.
