Error 26.04: Base point control
LambdaControl 1
Error 26.04
Base point control
Do not fire!
Cause: Base point control
Display 3 red: illuminates
Information text: Call service technician
Emergency program: NO
Reset: not possible
Error detection: No voltage (1.82V=) between the 15-pin plug (KL15) and the 16-pin plug (KL12).
Rectification: Call service technician – possible causes:
1. Test – if controller is defective:
Remove 15-pin plug; check voltage 1.82V= at the plug (contact 15 “GND sensor“) and the 16-pin plug (KL12 “GND“). If that is
the case, the controller is OK; continue with test 2.
2. Test – wiring harness:
1. Disconnect the controller from power supply;
2. Remove the 15-pin and 16-pin plug from the controller;
3. Check for a resistance of >1MΩ between the 15-pin plug (KL15) and the 16-pin plug (KL12). Is that the case, continue
with test 4; otherwise: short circuit – wiring error.
4. Check the resistance between the 15-pin plug (KL15) and plug ST5 (KL1). If it is not <1Ω, the system has a wiring error.
Note:
Base point voltage is protected with an overcurrent protection that automatically resets every approx. 3 seconds.
Experience shows that the controller is usually only defective, if faulty wiring or spurious actions damaged the applicable
input/output.
Controller function: “Boiler OFF” / Y1 and Y2 - OPEN / load pump M1 OFF / V1 = 0% / V2 = scavenging air/ all remaining func. OFF.

Error 26.06: Sensor not connected
LambdaControl 1
Error 26.06
Sensor not
connected
Cause: Sensor not connected
Display 3 red: illuminates
Information text: ST29-30 connected?
Emergency program: NO
Reset: Automatically after error correction
Error detection: The controller checks, if at least one sensor is connected.
Rectification: Call service technician – possible causes:
1. Test – are the plugs ST29 – 30 properly connected, are the 15- and 16-pin plugs fully “clicked” into the controller and are
all system-dependent sensors connected? Is that the case, continue with test 2.
2. Test – wiring harness: Check the resistance between the 15-pin plug (KL15) and plug ST5 (KL1). If it is not <1Ω, the system
has a wiring error.
Experience shows that the controller is usually only defective, if faulty wiring or spurious actions damaged the applicable
input/output.
