Note 26.29: Flue gas temperature too high
Note 26.30: Small service required
LambdaControl 1
Note 26.30:
Small service
required
Cause: Time interval for small service elapsed.
Display 4 amber: illuminates
Information text: De-ash, clean, etc.
Emergency program: NO
Reset: Automatically after the service
Rectification: Press button ▼ and run the service, then end service by pressing ▼– the time interval is reset (see chapter 3.5).
Controller function: Heating possible without carrying out the service.
Note: Too much ash in the primary burning may cause burning errors and boiler damages.
Note 26.31: Large service required
LambdaControl 1
Note 26.31:
Large service
required
Cause: Time interval for large service elapsed.
Display 4 amber: illuminates
Information text: Boiler inspection
Emergency program: NO
Reset: Automatically after service carried out by technician
Rectification: Press button ▼ and run the service, then end service by pressing ▼– the time interval is reset (see chapter 3.5).
Controller function: Heating operation is possible without carrying out the service.
Note: If the service interval is exceeded for too long, increased fuel consumption may be the result, possibly damaging boiler.
Note 26.32: System overload
LambdaControl 1
Note 26.32:
System overload
Cause: Boiler temperature ≥ 90°C for 30 minutes
Display 4 amber: illuminates
Information text: Too much fuel /fuel type?
Emergency program: NO
Reset: Press button ► (refuel)
Error detection: Boiler temperature ≥ 90°C for 30 minutes.
User intervention: Reduce the amount of fuel, if the overtemperature was caused by a too high amount of fuel – the
accumulator is charged to capacity.
Check chapter 13.
Technician intervention: If the accumulator is not charged, heat cannot be dispensed from the boiler. Reasons for that can be air
in the system or a defective return system load pump.
Controller function: When the boiler temperature is ≥ 90°C the flue gas fan is switched off.
Note: Fouling of boiler and chimney is possible, increased fuel consumption.

Note 26.29:
Flue gas temp. too high
Flue gas temp. ---.-°C
Cause: Flue gas temperature > 300°C
Display 4 amber: illuminates
Information text: Close door(s) immediately.
Emergency program: NO
Reset: Automatically when flue gas temperatures falls <299°C
Error detection: Flue gas temperature ≥ 300°C.
User intervention: If fuel is added during operation it must be done quickly, close door(s) immediately afterwards. A very dirty
flue gas heat exchanger can be the reason for the error.
Technician intervention – possible causes: Error at actuator motor V1, it cannot close / leaks at fuel chamber doors or ash doors,
flue gas deflector or turbolators are not used.
Controller function: At 350°C the flue gas fan is deactivated, and reactivated once the temperature falls under 299°C.
