Flip Image Option
Click on the graphic image on the label design and choose the Flip Image option from the Object pull down menu.
The effect the Flip Image option has on the graphic image is flipping the image vertically.

Inverse Option
Click on the graphic image on the label design and choose the Inverse option from the Object pull down menu.
The effect the Inverse option has on the graphic image is changing the inversing the contrasts.
