10.2. Test Specifications
Inconclusive. A minimum of
95 %
of correctly collected blood samples are typable using
the Canine DEA 1 Blood Typing Test.
All components of the test kit are stable at refrigerated temperatures (
36 degree F
to
46 degree F

) until the expiration date printed on the pouch label.Once
warmed do not return cartridge to the refrigerator and use within the same day. After
opening the pouch and cartridge must be used within 10 minutes. Kits and components
should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Once warmed do not return cartridge to the

with the Heska Element COAG
Analyzer depends on factors such as type of test and
test environment. At room temperature, it takes about 90 seconds for the instrument to

change the warm up time. Once the procedure of the assay begins, an answer should
be available within 5 minutes.
