:CSET:PARAmeter data1,data2
dat
・ When the comparison method of the comparator is set as high limit and low
limit values in resistance measurement mode:
data1: high limit value, data2: low limit value
Both data1 and data2 = 0 to 99999 (numerical data in NRf format)
・ When the comparison method of the comparator is set as high limit and
low limit values in temperature conversion mode:
Both data1 and data2 = ± 999.9 (numerical data in NRf format)
・ When the comparison method of the comparator is set as standard value
and range:
data1 : standard value, data2 : range
data1 = 0 to 99999 (numerical data in NRf format)
data2 = 0.00 to 99.99 (numerical data in NRf format)
Functio
Sets the comparator range of the comparator set by ":CSET:TABLe"
command.
Erro
When low limit value bigger than high limit value is set, the execution
error is generated.
