A numerical noise value is recognized as a peak value when its amplitude is greater than the levels of the
next lower- and higher-frequency points in voltage and current FFT calculation results, and the ten high-
est peak values are acquired.
In this case, frequencies below the set minimum noise frequency are ignored.

The range of available settings for the minimum noise frequency depends on the noise sam-
pling rate setting.
