Interface Interface name, including the interface type and interface number.
Rule Match criteria.
CIR CIR in kbps.
CBS CBS in bytes.

Queue Length Number of packets that the buffer can hold.
Queue Size Number of packets in the buffer.
Passed Number and bytes of packets that have been forwarded.
Discarded Number and bytes of dropped packets.
