function is disabled and
you need to view the

the NetEco app on the
mobile phone, perform
this operation.
● Method 1
1. When the system displays a
message asking you whether to
enable the Push notications
function, tap OK.
2. Follow the onscreen instructions
to enable the Push
notications
function.
● Method 2
1. On the home screen of the
NetEco app, tap Me.
2. On the Me screen, tap
to
access the Setting screen.
3. On the Setting screen, tap Push
notications.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions
to enable the Push
notications
function.
NOTE
● If a Huawei phone is used, the Push
notications function is enabled for the
NetEco app by default.
● If a third-party mobile phone is used,
you need to manually enable the Push
notications function and ensure that
the HMS Core process is not cleared. If
the HMS Core process is cleared,
messages will be delayed or cannot be
received. In this case, you need to
restart the app to receive pushed
messages.
