 The ERROR event data received by a line card output, when enabled, has been changed to a
“System Message” code 10.
 The “System Message” code 40, “Missed Call” (No data received) has been added and will be
output when enabled.
 Line card number is included in the “System Messages” preamble PRRL, where L will be the
related line card number.

The IDS BSR400 sets the RR and L to the source of the received event, changes any account code value
“A” to a “0” and outputs the remaining information as received.

 P 3 - Protocol Identifier Number - SIA Protocol 1
 RR - Receiver number
 L - Line number
 s - Space
 AAAAAA - Six digit account code. Leading spaces will be sent if the account code is less than
six digits.
 XX - SIA event code. Leading spaces will be sent if the account code is less than four
digits.
 YYYY - Zone codes.
 {DC4} - Terminator, 14 hex (^T), acknowledge with (^F)

The SIA Protocol 1 cannot handle cretin information in SIA level 2 and 3. Where these levels are used the
SIA Protocol 2 must be selected, see 4.6.8 Sout Option M419. The IDS BSR400 sets the RR and L to the
