This signal is used to supervise the serial communication between the receiver and the computer. It is
sent to the computer every 30 seconds if no event data is available. The computer should acknowledge
this signal with an [ACK].

The IDS Base Station Receiver will send the following messages to Sout Port to report internal status
conditions and will use the account code “0000” to indicate that it is reporting an internal condition.
The line number will be set to “0”.

 RR - Receiver number
 L 0 - System number
 s - Space character
 AAAAAA - Account code, usually 4 digits with 2 leading spaces [...0000]
