Check correct fiber is
connected.

Using a fiber signal tester,
check if signal is not to high(-
5dB) or not to low(-20dB) in
the fiber going into the
topside unit.
To much attenuation in fibre
Using a fiber signal tester,
check if signal is not to high(-
5dB) or not to low(-20dB) in
the fiber going into the
topside unit.
Topside or subsea unit may be
overheating.
Add extra cooling to the
topside rack.
Submerge the bottle or turn it
off for cooling.
