The Sounds & Notifications applet is another place where you can set the
vibrate mode.

1 Tap Start > Settings > the Personal tab > the Sounds & Notifications
icon.
2 Tap the Notifications tab.
3 Select the event from the Event drop-down list.
4 Check Vibrate.
5 Tap ok to close.
