Notifications
When you have something to do, your CK60 notifies you in a variety of
ways. For example, if you have set up an appointment in Calendar, an
e-mail message arrives, or a friend sends you an instant message, you are
notified in any of the following ways: a message box appears on the screen,
a sound (which you can specify) is played, a light flashes on your CK60, or
the CK60 vibrates. You can choose the notification types.
Entering Information
You can enter information on your CK60 in several ways, depending on
the type you have and the program you are using:
Use the input panel to enter information in any program on your CK60.
You can either type using the onscreen keyboard or write using Block
Recognizer, Letter Recognizer, or Tra ns criber. In either case, the
characters appear as typed text on the screen.
Ways to Enter Information
Action Description
Synchronizing Using Microsoft ActiveSync, synchronize or copy information between
your desktop and CK60. For more information on ActiveSync, see
ActiveSync Help on your desktop.
Typi ng Using the input panel, enter typed text into the CK60. Do this by tapping
keys on the onscreen keyboard or by using handwriting recognition
software.
Writing Using the stylus, write directly on the screen.
Drawing Using the stylus, draw directly on the screen.
Recording Create stand-alone recording or embed recording into document or note.
Tap and hold to display the pop-up menu
Lift the stylus and tap the action you want
Tap outside to close without performing an action
