throughput of a link. See Figure 23.
You can also specify criteria to tell the unit to stop incre-
menting the ramp if errored, dropped, or pause frames are
detected in a load step.
If you want to stop incrementing a ramp when the unit detects
dropped frames, be certain to configure your unit to transmit
an Acterna payload, and loop the far-end device back to the
traffic originating unit. Acterna frames carry a sequence
number which the unit uses to determine whether frames
were dropped.
