8.1. BATTERYCUT‐OUTSWITCH
Thisdeviceisusedtoisolatethemachineʹselectricalcircuit.Itiswellvisibleand
easilyaccessedwithoutusingtools.Itonlyneedstobeactivatedforprolonged
machinedowntimeormaintenanceoperations.Turningthekeyclockwisecloses
themachineʹselectricalcircuit,whileturningitanticlockwiseisolatesthemachi‐
neʹsele
ctricalcircuitandthekeycanberemoved.
