Iftheturretisrotatedwiththefirstorsecondboomfoldedornearlyfolded,there
istheriskofthefirstboomhittingagainstthe engine/batterypack.Forthisrea‐
son,freerotationar
easandlimited rotation areas are defined. Whenusing the
machinefromtheremotecontrolisnotpossibletoenterinthelimitedrotation
area.Ifyouarriveinthe vicinityofoneoftheseareas themovementinprogress
willbeblocked andamessagewillappearontheremotedisplaytha
tindicates
thepossiblemovementsinthissituation,whichallowyoutogobackinazoneof
freerotation.
•LIMITEDROTATIONAREA:isanareaneartheengine/batterypackwhere
thismaybehitbythefirstboom.
•FREEROTATIONAREA:istherestoftherotationareathatdoesnotcoincide
withtheli
mitedrotationarea.
Thesetwoareasareidentifiedthroughthecombinedcontroloftwosensors:ami‐
croswitchthatverifies the heightofthe firstandsecondarm,andaproximity
switchmountedinsidetheturntablethatsensesthepositionoftheturretwhileit
turns.

Th
eplatformhasanautomaticlevellingdeviceforthecage.Thisdevicehasbeen
designedinawaythatthefloorofthebasketremainsalwaysparallelwiththe
groundindependentlyfromthemovementsoftheplatformbooms.
